Unfortunately downtimes of systems and parts cannot be avoided. In order to keep these downtime as short as possible, we also offer an express service in addition to our timely processing of repairs and deliver directly to your factory. All Services are performed in our cleanrooms to your process conditions with 6 reference gases according to NIST.

Repair Process

Fill in our repair form and include it with your shipping documents. Above all, the contamination declaration is important to prevent delays in the process. After reviewing your repair request you will receive a cost estimate. If you agree with our offer, please send us a written order and you will get your part back as soon as possible – cleaned, repaired and checked.
