As official partner of MATTSON for refurbished systems of the 100-2900 series, we are the only provider with OEM certified refurbishments including original software licenses and OEM spare parts for these systems. Installation service and different selectable warranty periods can be offered.
Years of experience and continuously trained employees are the guarantee for perfectly functioning and reliable second-hand equipment. Of course all systems can be inspected directly in our clean room.
